Configuration of conveyor belt automatic sand blasting machine
The automatic blaster consists of 12pcs gun(quantity can be customized). The gun distance, swinging angle and position can be adjusted according to the actual products, each blast gun is individually controlled.
The conveyor motor is controlled by frequency converter, whose speed can be steplessly regulated within the range of 3 ~ 5m / min. and set based on actual requirements to achieve optimal finishing results.
Using advanced electric and pneumatic control system, a high degree of automation, good stability, low failure rate.
Automatic Sand Blasting Machine with Dust Collector
The automated sand blaster is built with cyclone at the top to separate abrasives from dust for recycling, while dusts are collected in the independent cartridge filter system to keep a clear working view and prevents air pollution.
