Vibratory Deburring Chamfering Machine for Aluminum, Knife, Blade

The grinding and tumbling interaction between the finishing media and the work piece results in deburring, descaling, chamfering, rediusing and polishing of the work piece.

By strong force of vibration motor, the finishing machine can operates a large quantity of small to medium sized parts. Such as aluminum, knife, blade, glass, copper, and other metal or non-metal parts.

Advantages of media-part seperator of the vibro bowl:
The mass finishing media will drop through the screen hole leaving the workparts discharged by the vibration motor. WIth the automatic separator, the vibratory tumbler finishing machines achieves higher automation and greatly increase the working efficiency compared with manual seperating.
