Frequency Adjustable Vibratory Tumbler

Vibratory tumbler is widely used for deburring, burnishing, cleaning, descaling, polishing, degreasing, radiusing, applied in operating a variety of metal workpieces, especially for small parts in large quantities.

Vibratory Tumbler with Separator and Frequency Adjustable

A special designed parts-media separator achieves high degree of automation that allows parts automatcally separated from medias which reduce labor efforts. An independent frequency control cabinet offers the flexbility to adjust vibration speed and amplitube to meets different finishing requirements.

Adjustable frequency vibratory tumbler bowl features

1. The vibratory bowl polishing machine use 3 phase high-performance anti-explosion vibration motor, with high cutting force and strong amplitude.

2. Out wall is cast iron, durable and longlife, the inner wall of the vibratory polishing bowl is wear-resistant polyurethane
lining, reduce the impact to parts and medias.
3. Vibratory bowl deburring machine use the advanced spiral movement principle, which is better for discharging of the parts.
4. The vibratory polishing screen of the separation can be customized according to the size of parts and media.
5. Can be custom-made with the extra electric control to achieve frequency adjustable, in order to using different vibration speed for different workparts.
