1. The quantity of blast guns can be customized as required, 2pcs, 3pcs, 4pcs or more.

2. Each blast gun is individually controlled can be set Manual or Automatic work with adjustable swing angle and speed.
 

3. The side door can be set automatically open or closed according to working cycles.

4. The PLC Control Panel combines all functions, blast time setting, blast gun working dust removing, etc.

5. An independent dust collector effectively keeps dust away from the cabinet for increased visibility and ensure only clean air vented outside.
 

6. Well-sealed Enclosed Cabinet designe is environmetal-friendly with durable blasting gloves for long time use.

Sandblasting Dust Collector System

Each of our sandblaster cabinets are designed with effective dust collecting system which configured with cartridge filter, fan motor, remove dust away from the operator's window for increased visibility and accuracy when cleaning.  It is optional to add a cyclone device used to separate ultrafine abrasives from dusts.
