 Tumble Shot Blasting Machine Automatic Shot Blaster for Small Metal Parts

This tumble shot blasting machine is equipped with a new type of high-efficiency impeller, with large shot blasting volume, high linear speed and high motor efficiency.  The shot blasting machine adopts double-disc direct connection type, and the shot blasting motor adopts a custom-made special shot blasting motor produced by Dongtai Zhongwei Special Company ,with long service life and good stability.
It is good application for high volumes of small components.  Components are gently tumbled at constant speed under an electric powered shot stream on a perforated abrasion resistant rubber belt.

The tumble belt shot blasting machine is suited for surface treatment of small and medium sized parts in batches, such as forged, cast, pressed, heat treated components without hard-to-reach corners, can be finished to the highest standard.

 

Shot blasting machine performs extraordinary effective for oxide removal, core removal, rounding and other cleaning purposes.

Working Principle

How does tumble belt shot blasting machine work?

Shot blasting machine is powered by electromechanical not by compressed air, it works through a high-speed rotating impeller to throw out steel shots in high speed and high flow, thus creates more forceful impact to surface. In the tumble belt blaster, the parts are placed in a half cylinder shaped volume constituted of three drums and a large disc and moved by swiveling through the belt motion.
